Welcome our Summer 2017 Head Boys Coach

PCRA is pleased to announce that Trish Patterson has agreed to be our Head Boys Coach this summer. Trish brings a wealth of experience to PCRA, and is excited to step in and lead the boys team while we complete our search for a full time Head Boys Coach.

Trish has been involved in rowing for 38 years, both as competitor and coach. Her rowing career began at St. Paul’s School in Concord, New Hampshire and continued at the collegiate level for Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Moving to Chicago, Trish rowed as a master with Lincoln Park Boat Club for many years competing in Midwest regattas as well as Head of the Charles and Masters Nationals. Now a resident of New York, Trish rows out of the New York Athletic Club.

As a coach, Trish has taught both youth and masters programs since 2000. Her collegiate coaching experience includes Northwestern University as well as Sarah Lawrence College.

Trish is also an Official and Referee, which gives her both an interesting perspective as well as a broad reach in the rowing community. A perspective and reach that aligns with our dedication to delivering a competitive racing program, alongside our community rowing aspirations.
